You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order. A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged on orders cancelled within the first 48 hours of placing the order.

Damages to Your Order

Please be sure to check your delivery upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues within 3 (three) business days. We ask that you document the damage. Most customers typically use their cell phone camera, but please be sure to take good photos that someone not in your location could use as reference, and that would hold up in a claim. Additionally, it is extremely important that you retain all of your shipping and packaging material as evidence of what may have happened en route to your location. As much as we want to honor all damage claims, we can only do so if claims are filed to The Cabinet Face, LLC within 3 (three) business days of delivery receipt.

Warranty Information

THE CABINET FACE, LLC offers a limited 7 (seven) year warranty from the date of shipment for all standard parts against manufacturer-related defects. For any unfinished materials (i.e. DIY, solid wood shaker, flat panel wood) THE CABINET FACE, LLC offers a limited 1 (one) year warranty from the date of shipment for all standard parts against manufacturer-related defects. Unfinished materials MUST be finished within 2 (two) weeks of receipt in order to maintain the integrity of the part. Please note MDF panels may contain seams, which are not considered defects.

This warranty covers the replacement of fronts and trim only. THE CABINET FACE, LLC assumes no responsibility for damage, other than warpage, incurred by the Client during storage, handling, or the installation process. Doors equal to or less than 24” in width and 64” in height are warranted against warpage greater than 1/4”. Solid Wood Shaker, Textured Melamine Shaker and Acrylic Shaker doors over 60” tall are not covered by this warranty. Custom parts and custom materials will only be warranted for manufacturer defects, not performance.

Warranty claims on Wood Slab orders will require the client to ship the 8×10 sample included in their order back to THE CABINET FACE, LLC. THE CABINET FACE, LLC will match the new part(s) to the existing parts as best as possible. Failure to ship this sample will result in the new part(s) not matching the existing parts. Wood being a natural product color variation and grain pattern cannot be guaranteed and are not covered under THE CABINET FACE, LLC warranty.

Warranty claims are processed on a case by case basis, standard lead times may apply due to material availability. THE CABINET FACE, LLC warranty does not cover reimbursement for loss of time, contractor wages, etc.

Normal wear and tear, and events like water damage, scratches, fading, abrasive cleaning products and heat exposure are not included in the warranty. THE CABINET FACE, LLC is not responsible for anything finished, painted or altered in any way by unaffiliated third-parties. Any Client-initiated requests that differ from normal construction specifications are not covered by the warranty. Under this warranty, THE CABINET FACE, LLC’s liability is limited to the net invoice price of the pieces as sold by us.

There are no other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.

Warranty Claims

The Cabinet Face, LLC will fix any manufacturer-related imperfection or manufacturer defect if you file a claim with us within 3 (three) business days from when your order arrived. Please include pictures of the damaged product, and confirm that we are going to repair the item before returning it to us. It is important that you retain all of your shipping materials to make it easier and more cost effective to return the damaged item.

As part of a claim you are required to retain all of the original shipping/packaging material as possible. Please use as much of the original packaging as possible (unless damaged) when you return the item to us. Remember, shipping protection is important to ensure that the items are not further damaged when shipping back to us.

We will work out the return shipping costs upon acceptance of the claim, and send you a pre-paid shipping label or have you ship the item and we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.


The Cabinet Face, LLC currently ships doors to everywhere in the US and Canada.
All of our doors are insured against damage and are shipped via ground shipping or using a local provider.

If you prefer to save on shipping costs you are welcome to pick up your order from our shop in Denver, CO.

For protection we do not ship panels greater than 95” so if you need something taller it will arrive in 2 pieces and there will be a seam.
