What are your doors and panels made of?
We offer more than 100 styles and materials, including solid wood, wood veneer on MDF, and layered Acrylics. All are eco-friendly and sustainably sourced.
How long will it take to complete my project?
Depending on material and complexity, estimated lead times range from 6 to 9+ weeks. Major holidays and unforeseen delays can affect these times.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary by location and order size. For the Denver metro area, it’s around $150-$225. Pallet shipping starts at $350.

Yes, you can pick custom veneers or laminates. Certain conditions apply, such as the availability of matching edge banding and compatibility with our MDF core.
Are your materials finished, painted, or stained?
Our wood products come with a clear finish. We don’t offer painting or staining services, but we provide unfinished DIY options.
Can you send my project unfinished?
Yes, but your project must be finished within two weeks, or the warranty will be void. Unfinished wood is susceptible to moisture damage.
What is the minimum order requirement?
For orders with custom parts, the minimum is $750. There is no minimum for standard orders.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer a 7-year limited warranty on standard parts and a 1-year limited warranty on unfinished materials, which must be finished within two weeks to maintain the warranty. This covers the replacement of fronts and trim but excludes warping on certain doors and does not cover installation-related damages. Claims are case-by-case; no compensation for time or contractor wages will be provided. Warranty excludes wear and tear, water damage, and alterations by third parties.
