Description of our business
The Cabinet Face creates stunning, custom fronts to fit the Ikea cabinets. We are a growing company looking for people who like to use their body and mind. We will teach you the skills you will need to accomplish your job. You just need to bring a desire to work hard and produce a good product! If you are interested in being a part of a fluid, growing, expanding organization that is local in spirit, but national in scope, and you would enjoy helping us manage that growth, we could be a good fit. You have an opportunity to start a career with us, not just get a job!
We offer to our full time team members (36+ hours per week)
- Paid time off

- 40 hour work weeks Monday – Friday

Some responsibilities
- Packaging finished product for safe transportation
- Drilling doors and drawer fronts accurately
- Operate a forklift safely (This will be taught to you, no experience is necessary.)
- Meticulous wood sanding to our thorough standards
- Time management – completing tasks in a timely manner
- Parts management – marking and tracking
- Utilize portable and stationary power tools
- Shop cleanup – detail does not stop at building
- Picking up and delivering materials – A valid driver’s license and clean record is required
Some possible things about you (who you are)
- Building background – Familiarity with a tape measure alongside decimal and fractional conversions is beneficial though not required
- You enjoy making sure things get done correctly and take pride in your work
- You enjoy working individually and as a team

- Stamina – lifting and moving parts safely is needed

- You have the ability to work 40+ hours a week
